Tang Lan and Wang Qiuer defended Rosette City, uncovered Holy Spirit Cult agents using Evil Soul Tools to drive the Beast Tides, and infiltrated the cult’s network under the identity of Faceless. The arc left Tang Lan pursuing the source of the Soul Tools after learning of a powerful figure directing the Beast Tides.

• Tang Lan killed the Silver Armored Ape and later helped Wang Qiuer defend Rosette City against successive Beast Tides.
• Tang Lan agreed to protect the city for three days in exchange for Xu Yu secretly investigating the Holy Spirit Cult.
• Tang Lan and Wang Qiuer rescued Xu Xinzhu and Lin Yanran, then discovered that Tao Zuo and other Evil Soul Masters were operating across Rosette City.
• Tang Lan used the identity Faceless to command Tao Zuo, gather the city’s Evil Soul Masters, and postpone the Bloody Bird Plan while they searched for the Soul Tool’s users.

After the Bloody Bird Plan devastated Black Iron City, Tang Lan united the Tang Sect, Shrek Academy, and the Dou Ling Empire to strike the Holy Spirit Cult at Dongyang City. The allied forces breached the city and captured key enemies, while Tang Lan learned the cult had gathered souls to open a mysterious door.

• Tang Lan learned that the Bloody Bird Plan had destroyed Black Iron City and ordered a covert campaign against the Holy Spirit Cult, while rallying Tang Sect forces toward Dongyang City.
• Shrek Academy and the Dou Ling Empire joined Tang Lan’s campaign, and Xu Sanshi sent a large army and Yin Hong to help defeat Ten Thousand Soul Douluo.
• Tang Lan reached Vast Sea City, gathered Tang Sect leaders and allies, and worked with Zhuge Feng to plan the assault on Dongyang City.
• After seven days of preparation, Tang Lan invoked his authority as Imperial Chancellor and ordered the allied army to march, then used Tang Sect Giant Soul Cannons to breach the western gate.
