He distributed immortal herbs, helped Ning Rongrong’s spirit evolve, and successfully created the first Soul Spirit for Jing Ling, leaving Ning Fengzhi to consider developing his spirit alongside Tang Lan.

• Tang Lan recruited Titan and the Strength Clan into the Tang Sect, negotiated with Dugu Bo for access to his medicinal garden, and absorbed a powerful soul bone before obtaining the Sea God and God of Destruction trials.
• Tang Lan returned to Heaven Dou City, told Tang San about Tang Hao’s identity, and fused his Purple Demon Eyes, Soul God Eye, and Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud into the Vast Sea Godly Pupil.
• Tang Lan recruited Jing Ling, Dai Mubai, Oscar, Zhao Wuji, and the Shui sisters, while arranging for Ning Rongrong to evolve her spirit and traveling with Dugu Bo and Tang Hao to the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well.

• Jing Ling demonstrated his Soul Spirit’s power, Ning Rongrong absorbed a soul ring and reached Level 37 before fainting, and Tang Lan asked Ning Fengzhi if he wanted to develop his spirit with him.

Tang Lan strengthened his Soul Spirits project, cultivated allies among the Star Dou Great Forest’s beasts, and maneuvered between Qian Renxue and Xue Xing while building the Tang Sect. The arc left him testing Yang Wudi’s poisons after securing the allegiance of the four single-attribute clans.

• Tang Lan developed his Soul Spirit plans, gained the God of Destiny inheritance, strengthened his abilities, and helped Dai Mubai form a Soul Spirit contract with the Crimson Flame Tiger Vulture.
• Tang Lan negotiated with Qian Renxue, gave Tang San a chance to absorb a Hundred Thousand Year Soul Bone, and watched him fail to connect with it.
• Tang Lan visited Xiao Wu, demonstrated Jing Ling’s Soul Spirit to Da Ming and Er Ming, and proposed that the two great beasts unify the forest before becoming his Soul Spirits.

Tang Lan expanded the Tang Sect and helped Tang Hao restore and strengthen himself before leading a journey to the Far North. There he confronted the Ice and Snow Emperors, won their cooperation in making Shui Bing’er their host, and helped Oscar begin absorbing a Glass Octopus Soul Bone.

• Tang Lan recruited the Breaking and Defense Clans, appointed their hall masters, and established plans for a Soul Spirit Experiment Base.
• Tang Lan recruited Wang Dali and Dugu Bo as Tang Sect elders, then helped Tang Hao regenerate his limbs and prepared to seek new soul spirits with him.
• Tang Lan brought Tang Hao, Shui Bing’er, and Oscar to the Star Dou Great Forest, where Tang Hao gained Ironback Dragon and Great Strength Gorilla Soul Spirits and strengthened his soul rings and soul bones.
• Tang Lan subdued the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger and arranged for it to evolve in Slaughter City, then visited the Soul Spirit Experiment Base before continuing north.

Tang Lan established the Spirit Transfer Pagoda, arranged Soul Spirit contracts, and brought his companions to Sea God Island to begin their trials and training. While they advanced under Sea God’s Light, Spirit Hall surrounded Tang Sect Academy and demanded its allegiance.

• Oscar gained a Mirror Image Beast soul spirit and demonstrated that his new sausage could copy martial souls and soul skills.
• Tang Lan launched the first Soul Spirit contracts, then offered Da Ming and Er Ming’s sacrifice to selected candidates, with Er Ming becoming Xiao Wu’s Soul Spirit.
• Tang Lan rejected Tang San’s claim to a sacrifice, and Zhu Zhuqing impressed Da Ming by evading him and striking his inverse scale.
• Tang Lan and his companions traveled to Sea God Island, where they received trials and Tang Lan began the 333-step climb under Sea God’s Light.
