As Tang San sent a divine consciousness into the lower realm to inherit the Sea God position, Huo Yuhao prepared to take Ye Guyi to Jialing Pass to seek a special angel Soul Spirit.

• Huo Yuhao won Xiao Bai’s trust by revealing the Plane Seed, and she pledged the Demon Soul Great White Shark clan’s loyalty while keeping their allegiance secret from Tang San.
• Huo Yuhao returned to Shrek, reunited with Zhang Lexuan, and co-hosted Sea God’s Fate, where Xu Sanshi and Jiang Nannan, Beibei and Tang Ya, and other couples declared their feelings.
• Seven women revealed themselves as challengers for Huo Yuhao during the bride-snatching round, but he defeated them and Qiu’er in the ensuing contests.

Huo Yuhao helped Ye Guyi inherit the Angel legacy at Jialing Pass and advanced the Spirit Pagoda’s Soul Spirit partnerships while Tang San’s incarnation pursued power and a place at Shrek. The arc ended with Tang San directing the Clear Sky Sect to take an interest in the talented young man, as Titan set out for Shrek.

• Ye Guyi confessed her feelings to Huo Yuhao and kissed him, while Gu Yue Na later confronted him for neglecting his watch over Tang San.
