"Black Prison was created by Leo?"
Rhodey's body went rigid. He looked at Stark with disbelief in his eyes.
"You didn't know?"
Stark looked at Rhodey with some confusion.
"Was I supposed to know? Do many people know about it?"
Rhodey looked at Stark as if he were questioning his entire life.
"No, it's a very secretive piece of information. I might be the only one who knows, though I imagine S.H.I.E.L.D. probably knows too. I just wanted to see your reaction."
Stark smiled faintly as he said this to Rhodey.
Rhodey shot Stark a vicious glare, but he was somewhat relieved. At least Stark seemed to be in much better spirits than before.
"But why would Leo do this? Why would he create an underground criminal organization and make it so big? Even the authorities have been keeping a close eye on Black Prison."
Rhodey then looked at Leo and Zost, his expression turning slightly serious as he asked this.
"Is Black Prison a criminal organization? I suppose it is. Actually, Leo only wanted to improve public safety in Queens, so his parents wouldn't face any further threats."
"Although Black Prison now keeps half of New York's streets in excellent order, he no longer needs to worry about that. It seems Leo sent his adoptive parents to China."
Stark spoke slowly. Although he had never discussed too much of this information with Leo, he had always been keeping an eye on him.
"I have to admit, judging from the information I've gathered, the public safety in China's major cities is many times better than that of New York or even Washington. It was the right choice."
Stark continued, having looked into quite a bit of information on the subject.
