This was Leo's first time coming to Avengers Tower, to the room Stark had prepared for him.
Stark had prepared a room here for every Avenger, whether it was Barton, Natasha, or even Thor and Rogers.
When rebuilding Stark Tower, he had considered everything very thoroughly. Although there was a good chance most of the rooms would never be used, Stark had still prepared them.

Farther inside was a spacious bedroom. At a glance, it was roughly forty square meters, and everything looked clean and comfortable.
The quiet, clean room gave Leo a feeling of relaxation.
He just hadn't expected the room to be so spotless even
