"I'm giving you the day off today. Take a day to rest."
Stark looked at Pepper, who was about to leave, and said this almost instinctively.
"Do you know how much work is waiting for me after just two hours away?"
Pepper looked at Stark and asked somewhat helplessly. She truly had no idea what to do with this hands-off boss.
Besides, sitting in her current position, finding time to relax was simply too troublesome.
"I think you can take a day off. You need to rest."
"I don't have time to rest."
Pepper looked at Stark and replied.
"Pepper, J.A.R.V.I.S. detected that you're very fatigued. You need to rest!"
Stark spoke rather forcefully.
From J.A.R.V.I.S.'s feedback, he had learned that Pepper's body was suffering from quite a few minor problems. Her prolonged lack of sleep and hard work had left her in less than ideal condition.
She needed sufficient time to recover. Otherwise, continuing like this would be very harmful to her.
"Stay here and get some proper rest today. I can find a masseuse to help you relax."
Stark looked at Pepper with concern.

Stark stood up and looked at Pepper before him, staring intently into her eyes. There seemed to be a trace of genuine emotion in them.
Pepper had originally wanted to argue with Stark, but after seeing Tony's eyes, she suddenly didn't know how to speak.
