Reunion

There was a hint of weariness in Tony's eyes, but more than that, there was determination.

And an unshakable faith.

He still had to avenge Happy, who was unconscious with severe injuries; Pepper, who had been put in danger; and his Iron Man Armor.

Then he suddenly felt the steering wheel turning by itself. The car beneath him changed direction.

After leaving the bridge exit, it drove straight toward another direction.

Tony immediately stepped on the brakes. The pedal went down easily, but the car showed no sign of stopping.

Tony looked around, his eyes filled with vigilance. He took the homemade pistol from his backpack, pulled the handbrake, and prepared to try breaking out through the door.

In front of him, a small piece of metal floated up and stretched into thin metal wires, forming a line of text in midair.

I'm back—Leo.

Maya watched Leo somewhat nervously, along with the several long bills beside him.

She had never expected Leo to be able to eat so much. After carefully adding up the bills in her hands, the total had already exceeded four hundred dollars. With the tip, it would probably come close to five hundred.

She didn't have that much money on her.

"Hm? What's wrong?"

Only then did Leo come back to his senses. He looked at Maya beside him and asked.

Leo had been enjoying the food so much that, when he looked at the list in Maya's hand, he hadn't realized at all that he had eaten so much.

"Look around you. Those waiters have been watching us the whole time. They're afraid we'll skip out on the bill."
