At some point, a metal plate had appeared beneath everyone's feet. Whether Leo had placed it there from the beginning or had only just created it, no one else had noticed in the slightest.
But they had no time to think about that. They simply watched the two enormous dragons coiling ahead of them, along with that streak of blade light between them.
Everyone felt inexplicably reassured. Even their faces, which had been somewhat gloomy moments ago, now revealed faint smiles.
After Leo's golden blade-light explosion, the rock wall ruins, which had never been very thick to begin with, had only one final obstacle left.
Under the Dragon Blade, it took less than half a minute to completely break through the several-kilometer-long rock wall, revealing the outside world once more, along with the entire underground space.
The luminous vegetation that had originally surrounded them had all died in the recent internal battle between Ego and Quill.

This also proved that Ego had reinforced the true Heart Core with a physical defensive layer a full eight kilometers thick, along with the incomparably powerful energy-defense device on the outermost layer.
But now, every defense had been destroyed—not from the outside, but from within.
Only then did such a strange scene appear before everyone's eyes.
Above the white Light Brain, two streaks
