During class, quite a few students were still listening attentively.
But Mike, Walker, and Isis all kept glancing at Leo in the back row from time to time, curious about what had happened yesterday.
Walker in particular had assumed that Leo would show up at school covered in injuries at the very least, but it seemed nothing had happened yesterday.
After class, Mike walked out of the classroom with his phone in hand.
Walker came over to Leo again.
"Leo, how did things go after school yesterday? I refuse to believe that Mike, that petty bastard, didn't give you trouble."
"You knew he would come after me?"
"Of course. Back in middle school, he was the big shot at school. There's no way he could swallow this insult."
Walker sat down beside him. "Didn't he wait for you outside yesterday?"
Leo glanced at Walker, not wanting to bother with him.
"Hey, hey, Leo, don't blame me for being heartless. At most, he would've beaten you up to vent his anger."
"Get lost!"
Walker gave Leo a meaningful look.
"Leo, are you really not afraid, or are you pretending? Do you really have that much confidence?"
Leo leaned back in his chair and folded his arms across his chest. "What do you mean?"
"You should have found out about Mike's influence yesterday, yet you're still acting the same way today. Looks like you aren't afraid at all. People like you either have something to rely on, or they're complete idiots."
"But in my opinion, Mike is the idiot here. You're really not simple. Your records are classified to such a high level that I couldn't find anything about you, while Mike hasn't realized it yet."
Walker leaned over and spoke softly to Leo.
"My family works with polymer materials, and we
