Xia Yi and the Blood God Legion survived the Abyssal invasion, then Xia Yi worked with the Leng sisters to return captive Soul Beasts and Spirit Souls and bring down the Holy Spirit Cult. The cult surrendered, and Xia Yi freed Cun Ying and Zhen Hua.

• Xia Yi and the Blood God Legion defeated the Abyssal forces, while Gu Yue killed the Abyssal Sage King and led the Soul Beasts away to build their God Realm.
• Xia Yi revealed his Soul Beast identity to Leng Yaozhu and secured her agreement to return captive Soul Beasts and Spirit Souls, though his confession about the Holy Spirit Cult Leader and her daughter angered her.
• Leng Yaozhu announced the Spirit Pagoda would release its captive Soul Beasts and return Spirit Souls, while Xia Yi recovered them from Spirit Pagoda branches across the continent.
• Xia Yi and his companions freed tens of thousands of Spirit Souls and hundreds of Soul Beasts from the Heaven Dou City Spirit Pagoda, while Leng Yaozhu stood against Qiangu Dieting and Qiangu Dongfeng’s demands.
• Xia Yi and Lan Fozi crossed the sea and joined Leng Yaozhu and Leng Yulai at the Holy Spirit Cult’s main altar in the Extreme North.

Xia Yi helped Leng Yaozhu and others gain divine power while the Seven Old Demons and Tang Hao set plans in motion around Devil Island. Tang Wulin learned his adoptive parents had returned, and Long Yeyue went with him to meet them and discuss their marriage.

• Xia Yi revealed to Mu Xi that he had once used her to gather human knowledge for the Soul Beasts, and Mu Xi confronted him before agreeing to keep his secret.
• Leng Yaozhu explained her plan to create a God Realm, while Xia Yi helped the Demon Empress address the Asura Divine Power within her Spiritual World.
• Ya Li learned that Shrek Academy had used her life force and Faith Power in a plan to help Yun Ming become a god, then demanded reforms and pursued a solution to the students’ nightmares on Devil Island.
• Nightmare Old Demon trapped Tang Wulin and his companions in dreams, while Xia Yi absorbed the Life God Stone’s power and encountered the God of Destruction and Goddess of Life.
• Tang Hao revealed himself as the Plane Master, recruited Long Yeyue, Cao Dezhi, and the Seven Old Demons, and sent them divine power to oppose Xia Yi.
• Xia Yi helped Ya Li expel Yun Ming’s life force and reach Quasi-God, as Leng Yulai and others also advanced, but the Seven Old Demons’ Lust Force soon overwhelmed students and leaders on Devil Island.

Tang Wulin learned of his divine origins as Long Yeyue tried to rebuild Shrek Academy and reclaim its influence. The Federation declared Shrek treasonous and seized the families of its allies, prompting Chen Xinjie to prepare a rescue mission while Long Yeyue insisted on joining him.

• Long Yeyue gave Tang Wulin Hai Long’s Spirit Soul and Red Mecha, then introduced herself to Tang Ziran and Lang Yue as Tang Wulin’s pregnant fiancée.
• At Shrek’s ruins, Tang San revealed that he was Tang Wulin’s birth father and warned him that Old Tang would no longer protect him.
• Long Yeyue and Tang Wulin held their wedding, but Ya Li publicly withdrew from Shrek Academy, and the Federation moved to arrest the school’s supporters.
• Xia Hong crippled Guan Yue and forced Long Yeyue to disavow the Tang Sect, while Yu Guanzhi destroyed the Tang Sect’s base and Cao Dezhi exposed Long Yeyue’s past.
• Chen Xinjie gave Long Yeyue the stolen Eternal Heaven and defected with the War God Temple to Shrek Academy, where Long Yeyue began rebuilding the school.
• Tang Wulin told Tang Ziran and Lang Yue about his origins, while Xia Hong defeated the Sea God Legion’s seven Super Douluo and secured the Federation’s backing against Shrek.

After Shrek Academy fell, Leng Yaozhu pursued a new God Realm Hub while Poseidon returned and the Crimson Mother approached the Douluo Plane. The arc ended with Ya Li guarding a secret, and Mu Xi reuniting with her mother.

• Long Yeyue asked Yuanen Zhentian to help free Shrek’s detainees, but he demanded Eternal Heaven in return and challenged her authority to speak for the academy.
• Ya Li dissolved Shrek Academy and handed over students who refused to leave, while Tang Hao rescued Tang Wulin and told Long Yeyue to wait for her unborn child.
• Leng Yaozhu returned Eternal Heaven to the Federation, and Ya Li began purifying the radiation around Shrek’s ruins with her healing power.
• Long Yeyue gave birth to Poseidon, who awakened his Sea God Martial Soul, chose Dong Qianqiu as his Spirit Soul, and then reclaimed the Sea God Trident.
