"Oh, what level is his Soul Power now?" Bi Zihan looked up at Hu Liena with some surprise, but his voice was very calm.
"Yan, he is now a level 28 Soul Grandmaster." Hu Liena thought for a moment. The last time she saw Yan, Yan was a level 28 Soul Grandmaster.
"I don't have time, and what do you think a level 28 Soul Grandmaster has to fight me?" Bi Zihan glanced at Hu Liena and then continued eating his breakfast.
He had absolutely no interest in Yan challenging him to a duel; a mere level 28 Soul Grandmaster was simply no match for him.
Even without activating his Martial Soul, he can defeat a Soul King. With his Martial Soul activated, defeating a Soul Emperor would be no problem at all. And with the Judgment Sword, he could even fight a Soul Saint.
As for whether they can win, that's another story.
After all, he's only a level 41 Soul Ancestor, and the difference in Soul Power between him and Soul Saint is at least 30 levels. And a 30-level difference in Soul Power is still quite significant.

" Zihan, what brings you here? Is there something you need?" Bibi Dong put down her official duties and looked at Bi Zihan as he approached with a smile.
"Mom, I have something to say, and it's about the Star Luo Empire." Bi Zihan's expression turned serious, and his voice became solemn.
"Well, just tell me what's on your mind." Bibi Dong patted the seat next to her, gesturing for Bi Zihan to sit down and speak slowly.
Seeing this, Bi Zihan nodded, sat down next to Bibi Dong, took a deep breath, and slowly said, "Mom, after we go to the Star Luo Empire, I need administrative autonomy, the Pope's Decree, and the Angel's Decree from the Worship Hall. There is also a Titled Douluo who is unknown to the outside world or rarely appears in public, and whose Soul Power is at least level 93 or above."

Administrative autonomy refers to the administrative decision-making power of all Spirit Hall forces within the Star Luo Empire. Within the Star Luo Empire, as long as Bibi Dong doesn't interfere, Bi Zihan is essentially a second Pope, but this is limited to the Star Luo Empire.
The power of the Pope's Decree and the Angel's Decree is essentially that having the Pope's Decree is equivalent to the Pope's personal presence, and allows one to command all the elders at the Titled Douluo level in the Spirit Hall.
Having Angel's Decree is equivalent to the presence of the Grand Priest, who has the authority to command the other six Grand Priest and several elders.
Compared to the first two, the third thing is much simpler. After all, Bibi Dong, a relatively unknown Titled Douluo, still has several subordinates.

Bi Zihan was somewhat bewildered by the black-robed man's reaction and looked at Bibi Dong beside him, but Bibi Dong simply shook her head slightly and did not offer any explanation.
Not only Bi Zihan, but even the two women beside him seemed somewhat surprised. Although Bi Zihan's status in the Spirit Hall was that of the young master, these elders were not required to bow to Bi Zihan, let alone perform such a grand ceremony.
