Jiang Yan Hai repelled a CIA raid, helped Ma Yun Fei establish control over the city, and led Blood Wolf against Kahun. After the assault, Jiang Yan Hai stayed behind to ensure Kahun could not escape and later joined Ma Yun Fei for the New Year.

• Jiang Yan Hai detected and destroyed the CIA teams’ attack on the villa, then captured the operation’s commander and six other personnel with Black Lion’s help.
• Jiang Yan Hai persuaded Ma Yun Fei to unite the city’s underground forces and helped form Black Star from eight candidates, who agreed to follow thirty-six rules.
• Ma Yun Fei gradually expanded his gang’s control across the city, while Blood Wolf trained his trusted men and prepared for conflict with Kahun.
• Jiang Yan Hai joined Black Lion’s mission against Kahun and led Blood Wolf through the rainforest, spotting traps and coordinating the attack on Kahun’s camp.
• Jiang Yan Hai’s team overwhelmed the camp, captured Kahun, and found a dying Thai police officer whom Jiang Yan Hai granted a quick death.
• Jiang Yan Hai imprisoned Kahun with the officer’s corpse and a sack of rats, refused a share of Kahun’s hidden fortune, and stayed behind after Blood Wolf departed to prevent Kahun’s rescue.
• Jiang Yan Hai returned the next day, accepted Ma Yun Fei’s invitation to celebrate the New Year, and silently sang along to “My People, My Country.”

Jiang Yan Hai returned from Ma Gang and spent the New Year with Li Ruo Bai, while secretly gaining Phantom aircraft data and reconnecting with his comrades. The arc ended when orders summoned him to theater command headquarters and he left Li Ruo Bai behind.

• Jiang Yan Hai warned Ma Yun Fei against expanding north, accepted ten million US dollars, and returned to China, where he reported his Ma Gang plan to Director Qiao and Fan Tian Lei.
• Jiang Yan Hai carved a jade statue of Li Ruo Bai, visited her family, and spent New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day celebrating with her and her parents.
• Jiang Yan Hai and Li Ruo Bai spent time together at the mall and cinema, where Jiang Yan Hai won her plush toys and carried her after she pretended to hurt her ankle.
• Jiang Yan Hai experienced a Phantom combat mission, escaped enemy missiles, discovered a giant Spider Mech, and landed to retrieve the aircraft’s data before the simulation ended.
• Jiang Yan Hai memorized the Phantom’s fuel and engine information, then spent the holiday with Li Ruo Bai and met He Chen Guang, Xu Tian Long, Song Kai Fei, Wang Yan Bing, Li Er Niu, and their companions.
• After spending the days through the seventh day of the Lunar New Year with Li Ruo Bai, Jiang Yan Hai received orders to report to theater command headquarters and left, while Li Ruo Bai broke down after he was gone.

Jiang Yan Hai began forming the experimental Dark Blade brigade, then left for Africa and joined Blood Wolf as the Republic of Evia descended into rebellion. He took command of a Chinese evacuation mission, but arrived too late to save Dr. Chen and led the survivors toward a factory where armed people were hiding.

• Jiang Yan Hai was appointed chief instructor of an experimental sea-land-air brigade, proposed Kang Lei as deputy commander and Fan Tian Lei as chief of staff, and named the unit Dark Blade.
• Jiang Yan Hai planned the brigade’s logistics and satellite communications with Fan Tian Lei, Master Kang, and Li Ruo Bai, then left for Africa under the Blood Wolf identity.
• Jiang Yan Hai discovered Pantheon’s structure and members through its hacked servers, then investigated chemist Ivan while traveling with Black Lion’s mercenaries to Evia.
• When the Red Scarf Army launched its uprising, Jiang Yan Hai and Blood Wolf rescued civilians and joined the evacuation effort as Chinese warships arrived.
• Jiang Yan Hai identified himself to the fleet, took command of three ships, and arranged for Blood Wolf to rescue Dr. Chen and Chinese employees from Sangkuja Town.
• Jiang Yan Hai and Leng Feng stormed the hospital, killed Big Bear and other attackers, and found Dr. Chen and several other victims dead, while Doctor Rachel, a nurse, and Pasha survived.
• Jiang Yan Hai ordered the hospital burned and led the survivors toward the Chinese-funded factory, where he spotted hidden armed people and called out to them.

Jiang Yan Hai used the Pantheon to destroy Dane Military Consulting Company’s African bases, then rescued Ivan and Natasha before Blood Wolf joined the effort to protect Chinese evacuees in Eviya. The arc ended with Jiang Yan Hai coordinating with the Jiaolong Commando Unit as the United States covered up the unauthorized missile launches and prepared to contact China.

• Jiang Yan Hai took command of the factory defenses, joined the Pantheon as Ghost, and asked for the US Submarine Firing Command and Password.
• As Old Man’s forces attacked the factory, Jiang Yan Hai’s team and the warship Nanchang destroyed the advancing tanks and vehicles with missiles, and Jiang Yan Hai left Old Man badly wounded.
• Jiang Yan Hai persuaded the Pantheon to help him strike Dane Military Consulting Company’s bases, and the Michigan launched forty-eight Tomahawk missiles that destroyed them.
• Jiang Yan Hai found Ivan and his injured daughter Natasha in Kara Town, treated her, and arranged for a medical helicopter to take them to safety.
• Jiang Yan Hai joined Blood Wolf near Port of Haofa and guided the team into the combat zone as the Nanchang arrived to evacuate Chinese nationals.
• Terrorists ambushed the embassy convoy, and the Jiaolong Commando Unit rescued the hostages while Blood Wolf fighters helped clear the route under Jiang Yan Hai’s direction.
• Jiang Yan Hai introduced Blood Wolf to Yang Rui, agreed to coordinate on rescuing hostages for ten million dollars, and warned Gao Yun that terrorists planned to attack the warship.
• Kamp learned that the Michigan had fired missiles without authorization and ordered a cover-up, while Jiang Yan Hai and the others reached a government forces station in a tunnel.
