Hidden Danger
Gong San gritted her teeth. "Shut up!"
Gong Qi might not have a crow's beak, but her luck was simply too poor.
After everything they had been through, Gong San truly did not want to hear any more bad news from Gong Qi.
She still could not bear to give up so many Immortal Veins.
"Let's dig up a few more and see. So many Immortal Veins..."
Before she could finish, the words "so many Immortal Veins" flashed through Gong Qi's mind, and she instinctively continued.
"With so many Immortal Veins, just how terrifying would the Heaven and Earth creatures they nurtured be?"
That was purely what Gong Qi had thought of instinctively.
Yet the moment the words left her mouth, both Gong Qi and Gong San froze.
Suddenly, both of them looked toward the white bones piled up in every direction.
Gong San's voice finally calmed somewhat. "In other words, how much life force from Heaven and Earth creatures would need to be absorbed to nurture so many Top-grade Immortal Veins?"
Top-grade Immortal Veins were exceedingly difficult to nurture. First, the Immortal Qi had to be sufficiently dense; second, the location needed to be a place where great fortune converged.
In truth, the requirements for Heaven and Earth immortal treasures to form were more or less the same in every realm.
Because Immortal Qi and fortune were limited in every realm, being able to condense even one Top-grade Immortal Vein within ten thousand miles was already exceptionally good luck.
If a single region could nurture two Top-grade Immortal Veins, there had to be enough Immortal Qi in the surrounding area to make up for it.
That Immortal Qi could come from the heavens, from underground, or from within the bodies of Heaven and Earth creatures.
