• Li Xuanxiao killed the Heaven Devouring Demon Lord, then learned that the Shushan Sect Leader had died and received the old man’s belongings from Xue Yun.
• Li Xuanxiao saved Zhao Lu, who later joined Shu Mountain as his junior sister, and intervened when Su Wan was accused of attacking Jiang Luoshui.
• Li Xuanxiao killed Murong Mo after Murong Mo lured him into a trap, then encountered the wounded Di Nüfeng and Liu Qiushui on Mount Wu Wang.

Ling Xuanxiao uncovered Fanyue’s identity, killed him, and survived a deadly tribulation before becoming entangled in Luoshui Town’s rules and freeing its trapped residents. Back on Shu Mountain, he found that Liu Qiushui was searching for him and turned Song Qize’s trap against him.

• Ling Xuanxiao investigated Fanyue’s origins, but after discovering Fanyue’s past with Lin Wanqing, he chose to activate Shu Mountain’s sword formation and killed him.
• Ling Xuanxiao recovered memories of Fanyue and Lin Wanqing’s past lives, took the treasures Fanyue had prepared for her, and left Lin Wanqing alive with no trace of the chamber.
• Fanyue interrupted Ling Xuanxiao’s Golden Core tribulation, but Ling Xuanxiao killed him and gained enough merit to turn the trial into a Six-Nine Great Heavenly Tribulation.

Feng Liuli’s bond with Shangguan Suiyun turned dangerous, while Li Xuanxiao returned to Shu Mountain after encountering a mysterious message from a likely fellow transmigrator.

• Li Xuanxiao exposed Asura Hall with Song Qize’s help, and Shu Mountain’s elders and disciples attacked the hall as Liu Qiushui escaped injured.
• Li Xuanxiao returned to his family’s graves, helped Su Xiao reunite with her water-ghost husband, and prepared for Shu Mountain’s recruitment.
