Background / History

Duanyu Fan entered Spirit Hall with an Innate Soul Power of Level 20 and a God-level Seraphim Spirit. He deliberately revealed his exceptional potential to obtain Spirit Hall's resources. Bibi Dong accepted him as her disciple and named him Holy Son, while Qian Daoliu initially sought to recruit him into the Worship Hall. 4 5

His first Spirit was a Cross-type support Spirit, while his second was the Judgment Scythe, a Savior weapon whose attacks ignore physical defense. Because adding Soul Rings to both Spirits at once would overburden his body, Bibi Dong had him develop the Cross Spirit first. 5

At the Spirit Hall Academy, Duanyu Fan entered the Advanced class ahead of schedule alongside Hu Liena. He befriended Xie Yue and Yan, healing them after sparring and discovering that effective treatment accelerated his own Soul Power growth. 8
