"How many Nuclear Warheads do you currently have? How does the number compare to M Country's? Has production increased?"

"We have 13,414 Nuclear Warheads, nearly twice as many as M Country. We can increase that number by 1,000 per month. Based on our stored nuclear materials, producing a total of 20,000 nuclear bombs would not be a problem."

"That's quite a number. If full-scale nuclear war breaks out, are you confident you can destroy M Country's entire nuclear arsenal before it can retaliate?"

"Yes! But only its land-based nuclear weapons and airborne Strategic Bombers—we can completely destroy those. We have no way to achieve a 100% interception rate against the Strategic Missile Nuclear Submarines beneath the sea. Even if just one or two slip through, they would pose an enormous threat to Z Country."

Thus, if full-scale nuclear war erupted, Z Country would be unable to prevent every nuclear bomb from falling onto its own territory.
