As the program on TV came to an end, Fang Zheng yawned, then clapped his hands and spoke to the three people in the living room. A week had passed since they met that blonde girl. During that week, Sakura had collected three more Clow Cards. Of course, just as before, whenever Sakura collected a Clow Card, those Shadow Monsters would appear again and launch an attack.
However, they could not gain any advantage against a group that had been prepared for them. Fang Zheng had wanted to collect some samples for investigation, but unfortunately, those things were merely condensed energy. Once their energy was exhausted, they vanished completely, so he had no choice but to give up.
On the other hand, the blonde girl had not appeared again. It seemed her target truly was only the Seed of the Holy Stone, and she had no interest in the Clow Cards.
Because they had fought side by side, Sakura gradually became familiar with everyone. By now, she came to Fang Zheng's place almost every day after dinner to visit and do her homework. Her family was not particularly worried about it, since it was right next door and Fang Zheng was still Sakura's teacher.
