Fang Zheng returned to Earth laden with spoils of war and quickly contacted Precia, stuffing all the good stuff he had taken from Mid-Gard into her hands.
Naturally, Precia was utterly bewildered. She was no self-taught researcher but a proper specialist professor, and she recognized at a glance that much of this equipment was classified even in Mid-Gard. Especially within Heavenly Dao Palace, although they were weapons and could not be issued to everyone, they were quite suitable for combat and maintaining public order. Something like Sakura's Clow Cards already involved conceptual magic and could not be replicated at all. By comparison, mass-produced Magic Devices were clearly much easier to put to use.
