"You've already experienced the power of being a Magical Girl, haven't you? That power is no weaker than a Magus's, and becoming a Magical Girl is far more convenient than becoming a Magus. It can meet our needs."
"But wouldn't that... make them difficult to manage?"
"I understand your concern, but not just anyone can become a Magical Girl."
Of course, Fang Zheng understood what Fiore meant. In fact, he admired her greatly, because in the Nasuverse, Fiore was the Magus Fang Zheng had met whose values most closely aligned with those of a normal person.
Even Tohsaka Rin could not compare to her in that regard. Although Tohsaka Rin usually acted quite normally, deep down she still believed that "since I'm a Magus, killing people can't be helped." In other words, while Tohsaka Rin would do her best to avoid killing in ordinary circumstances, once she realized that a situation could only be resolved through murder, she would not show mercy.

"That's right. We can't force those Magical Girls to stand with us against the Mage's Association, so we need shared interests and
