In an instant, the world was divided into two battlefields.
One was Lothric beneath the black blazing sun. The other was the city of R'lyeh, rising from the seabed amid the roars of seawater and storms. Within the boundless downpour, accompanied by Cthulhu's furious howls, enormous monsters resembling hybrids of octopuses and humans emerged from the sea one after another, striding toward Lothric Royal City.
Was that Dagon?
Looking at the towering monsters several meters tall before him, Fang Zheng flapped his wings. He knew that Dagon was considered the highest-ranking Deep One, essentially the leader of the Deep Ones. Yet from what he could see, aside from their massive size, these monsters had not displayed enough power to make him nervous.

He should test them first.
Setting aside the actual threat and judging purely by appearances, the Cthulhu legion before him was indeed terrifying. Roaring seawater crashed heavily against the land outside Lothric, and tens of thousands of Deep Ones shrieked as they emerged from the waves. Behind them, hulking larger Deep Ones strode forward, followed by Cthulhu's terrifying figure in the distance...

After all, the 1930s had no satellites, no missiles, and none of the third- or fourth-generation tactical systems. There were tanks and airplanes, but against Cthulhu and its spawn... they were utterly insignificant.
Then what about advanced weapons from the future?
With that thought, Fang Zheng spread his wings again. As he moved, the space behind the Dragon began to ripple, and hundreds upon thousands of spaces resembling golden waves appeared. Then, missiles revealed themselves within them.
