"So, the problem had been resolved?"
The little girl in Gothic attire sat primly in her chair, sipping tea she had brewed herself as she looked at Airi and asked. Airi gave a slight nod.
"It's resolved. She'll turn herself in, but since she doesn't have much of a criminal record, it shouldn't be a big problem."
Airi also picked up her teacup. As she drank, she gazed at the lively festival outside with a sigh. Since Yuma had given up on breaking someone out of prison, the whole festival naturally no longer had any threats or destabilizing factors. The Security Force could handle most remaining problems themselves, so she had come here to drink tea with Natsuki.
"What about that girl?"
"She's wandering around the festival with Nagisa and the others. It'll do her good to have some fun."
"To be honest, that doesn't sound like you."
Compared to Yukina, Natsuki understood Airi's cautious and meticulous nature better. Yukina might have been shocked to learn that Airi would investigate someone's family history going back eighteen generations just because Nagisa had made a new friend, but Natsuki had long since gotten used to it. And while Yuma had been their childhood sweetheart, she was also a member of LCO. Natsuki was genuinely surprised that Airi had let her go out with her little sister.
"Yukina and Astarte are with them too. Yuma alone can't cause much trouble, and besides... well, it's a little inconvenient."
After saying that, Airi turned away and looked out the window while drinking her tea, clearly unwilling to continue the topic.
"Inconvenient?"
Natsuki stared at Airi in confusion, but since Airi said nothing, she didn't ask any further questions.
