After questioning Himeria for a while, Fang Zheng finally understood why she had appeared inside a Fantasy Class Soul Stone.
As mentioned before, Himeria possessed a large number of Heroic Spirits. She could make them resonate with certain weapons and summon them in physical form to assist in battle, while they normally existed as soul crystals—well, strictly speaking, that was not much different from the Heroic Spirits Fang Zheng summoned.
But what came next was downright outrageous.
Once these Heroic Spirits had gone through enough battles and absorbed enough soul power, they could be liberated—in plain terms, they would become humans again!
Holy shit, that was insanely awesome.
Fang Zheng was stunned by Himeria's explanation. The Nasuverse had Valkyries too, and Red Ponytail had summoned some before. But Fang Zheng had never expected this Valkyrie, from who-knew-what world, to be even more incredible than the Holy Grail. According to Himeria, most of the Heroic Spirits she possessed were simply skilled in combat and magic. They did not have Treasure Tools like those Heroic Spirits from the Nasuverse, the kind that could destroy the world at the drop of a hat.
But the problem was that they could be reborn as humans!
In other words, as long as these Heroic Spirits swore loyalty to Fang Zheng, they could level up after enough battles and then be reborn as humans. Even if they died again, Himeria, as a Valkyrie, could recover their souls from their belongings and repeat the process over and over again—wasn't that infinite nesting dolls?
What was more, Himeria was now a Valkyrie loyal to Fang Zheng. That meant she could recover the souls of Fang Zheng's subordinates as well, bringing them into this endless cycle.
In other words, this Valkyrie could not only summon Heroic Spirits, but also
