As everyone knew, Resident Evil was a horror adventure game.
A so-called horror adventure game meant that the protagonist could not mow down enemies like in a Musou game, nor take an enemy commander's head amid ten thousand troops. Instead, they had to struggle for survival at all times in a dark, oppressive atmosphere, running desperately and yearning to find a path to life through the shadows of danger. Yet behind them, terrifying enemies followed like shadows, menacingly bringing them death and fear.

The thick wall was smashed open. Then William, the gigantic worm that had long since finished evolving, ran forward with sweat pouring down his face. Soon, as an explosion rang out, William let out a scream. He desperately tore away the frozen, shattered remains of his body and ran forward with all his strength.

Behind William, Fang Zheng, clad in black armor and holding the Avalanche Grenade Launcher, strode forward aggressively over the completely frozen and shattered remains. He was not walking quickly—at least, he looked no different from a T-800 in Terminator—but the distance between him and William was steadily shrinking.

As Fang Zheng drew closer and closer, William was filled with terror. True, after being injected with the G Virus, he possessed a mutated body and form. But he was still a living creature, and a creature's instinct was to survive. So when he saw a terrifying monster capable of threatening his existence walking toward him, of course he... ran!!
After turning another corner, William could no longer endure it. He swept his tail to the side. Its rough tail swept across the wall, and the ground shook as
