For the newly established Starlight Technology, there were currently two things to do. One was to wait for the Sea of Quantum to settle down, then reopen the passage so the others could return to their own worlds. The other was to seize this opportunity to wipe out World Serpent's members and strongholds—although Schicksal and Anti-Entropy had carried out encirclement operations based on the intelligence Fang Zheng provided, some of World Serpent's higher-ups had still managed to escape.
Since the world as a whole was relatively stable at the moment and the Honkai disaster had temporarily receded, Fang Zheng focused his attention on this matter. Although Kevin had already been taken out by him, World Serpent clearly had no intention of stopping. They had apparently made the Stigma Project their highest mission. However, the failure at Sky Dome City had dealt World Serpent a devastating blow, and for the time being, they had all hidden in their holes like snakes and stopped showing themselves.

First, the Fourteenth Herrscher that had destroyed the civilization of the previous era could now be confirmed as the Herrscher of the End. So the next question was, what happened to the Herrscher of the End herself afterward? Had she fallen asleep? Disappeared? Or left?
No one knew.
Then there was the nature of the Honkai itself. Cang Xuan and Dan Zhu believed it existed to suppress civilization, because the more advanced civilization became, the more powerful the Honkai's manifestations grew.
But Fang Zheng did not agree with how advanced they claimed the
