When Charles returned to the camp, he could no longer contain the excitement and joy in his heart.

Victory was right before his eyes!

Looking at his hands, Charles even trembled slightly. He had betrayed everything he believed in for this moment. That person had already promised him that as long as he completed this mission perfectly, he could become one of them. By then, he would possess the power to change everything.

By then, he could fulfill his wish!

Thinking of this, Charles closed his eyes, took a long breath, then opened them again.

"Someone."

"Yes, sir. What do you need?"

Hearing Charles's command, a Cultist walked over and asked softly.

"How are the prisoners?"

"Everything is normal."

"Good."

Charles nodded in satisfaction at the answer.

"Gather everyone immediately. We're leaving for the Dark Marsh at once."

"Now?"

"That's right. It's that person's order!"

Hearing this, the Cultist hurriedly lowered his head, then turned and left. Watching his retreating back, Charles's expression darkened. Of course, he knew these Cultists did not truly obey his orders. If not for the immense power he had displayed and that person's instructions, they probably would not have taken him seriously at all. But these bastards could only be smug for now. Once he obtained that powerful strength as well, he would make these idiots understand the proper attitude one should have toward an Archmage.

After watching the Cultists begin their preparations, Charles nodded and headed toward where the Holy Temple Warriors were being held. He did not trust those Cultists. What if those bastards killed a few prisoners for their own amusement while he was gone? It was not as if they had never done that on the road before!

With that in mind, Charles quickly made his way to the rear, where
