After returning from the Halo world, Fang Zheng felt like a salted fish... or rather, a salted dragon.
He was currently sprawled across his bed, with Little Fire Dragon lying on his left and a little kitten curled up on his right. The two little ones rolled around with Fang Zheng, yet... he felt like he had absolutely nothing to do.
Before his rebirth, Fang Zheng had once heard a colleague tell a joke: a truly good emperor was not one who handled countless affairs every day, but one who spent every day drowning in wine and women. A truly good boss was not one who worked until the very end every day, but one whom people practically never saw all day long.
At the time, Fang Zheng had curiously asked what kind of logic that was, and the other person had answered: if an emperor had to handle countless affairs every day, it meant his subordinates were useless idiots incapable of even dealing with trivial matters. If a boss had to work overtime every day, it could only mean he had hired a pile of trash and had to do everything himself.
Naturally, Fang Zheng had disagreed. Deceiving those above and concealing things from those below had existed throughout history, hadn't it? Then his colleague looked at him as if he were an idiot and said one thing.
"If you can't even judge people properly, how do you expect to be a good emperor or a good boss?"
Fine, that made so much sense that he had nothing to say.
And now, Fang Zheng suddenly felt that perhaps it would be better if his subordinates were a little less capable.
