Faced with the ghost bride's question, Fang Zheng fell into thought. But unlike what the girls imagined, he wasn't considering whom to choose. He was considering what would happen if he chose no one.
Fang Zheng had felt from the beginning that there was something off about this quest. Now, he was even more certain that it was problematic.
Just as Fang Zheng had considered before, judging from the story background, this quest was about a woman named Rosalie who had died before she could get married, and they were supposed to fulfill her wishes.
But upon closer thought, several issues became apparent.
First, there was clearly only one Rosalie. By all logic, she should only have possessed one person. Even if the system sent requests based on whoever exceeded the trust threshold, it could have been set so that once one person agreed, everyone else's options would be canceled, rather than allowing them all to agree.
Second, everyone had been moved by the quest's story, but they had overlooked an important question.
