• Xiao Lin defeated Hu Yanqing and Lin Di, found the surviving Ice Crystal Pangolin King, and discovered that the egg held a possibly living hundred-thousand-year Soul Beast embryo.
• Xiao Lin brought the egg to Heaven Dou City, while Hao Te left his squad after explaining the deaths of Hu Yanqing and Lin Di.

Xiao Lin explored the Great Wasteland, forged the Horned Dragon Armor from the Mountain Dragon King’s power, and awakened his Second Spirit. When Bibi Dong’s forces abducted Old Jack to lure Xiao Yan, Xiao Lin rushed north to rescue him and faced Bibi Dong at the Snow Wolf Ruins.

• Xiao Lin entered the Great Wasteland with Jie Geng, froze the Quicksand River, and followed the Desert Sunflower’s spiritual energy into the Great Wilderness Ancient Ship.
• Xiao Lin discovered a level-120 Dragon Pearl and, with the Two Great Dragon Kings, used the Mountain Dragon King’s fossil and his Horned Dragon Staff Soul to prepare a Second Spirit.
• Xiao Lin survived the Golden Thunder and the collapsing power chamber, then defeated Duwa and gave Jie Geng a defensive Soul Tool.
• Bibi Dong investigated Qian Renxue’s divine power and arranged to publish Yu Xiaogang’s theory while plotting to lure Xiao Yan by targeting Xiao Lin’s family.
• The Two Great Dragon Kings completed the Horned Dragon Armor, and Xiao Lin endured its painful fusion to awaken his Second Spirit and gain its powerful abilities.
• Dugu Bo told Xiao Lin that Fallen Ones had taken Old Jack to the Snow Wolf Ruins as bait for Xiao Yan, and Xiao Lin flew north to rescue him.

• Xiao Lin defeated the Triangular Fire Explosion Dragon, endured the Fire God’s core flames, and gained a God-given Soul Ring before accepting a five-year trial to defeat an ice-attribute Soul Beast without using ice abilities.
• Xiao Lin took Grandpa Old Jack to live behind the Poison Barrier, then visited Tang San and received a firearm before the two searched the Star Dou Great Forest for the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger.

In the Extremely North Land, he helped Shui Bing’er gain the Ice Phoenix’s power, reached Rank 80, and was named an Asura God inheritor, leaving him with competing divine trials.

• Xiao Lin absorbed the Evil God Pearl, resisted the God of Evil’s illusion, and accepted a trial to pass through Slaughter City and obtain the Asura God’s Divine Exam.
• Xiao Lin strengthened his abilities and began condensing two Soul Cores, then traveled to Slaughter City with Tang San.
