After saying that, Chen Ping looked toward the people flying toward them.

Unlike the Sun Moon Empire's terrifyingly dense anti-air Soul Guidance Device emplacements, the other Three Great Empires, even in their capitals, did not actually have that many anti-air positions. At most, they were deployed near the imperial palace.

However, the lack of anti-air Soul Guidance Devices did not mean there was no anti-air firepower. Soul Engineers above the fourth ring who could use Flying Soul Guidance Devices were stationed at various points for patrols, allowing them to effectively warn against and intercept any airborne forces attempting to enter Heaven Dou City.

And after the Heaven Dou Empire purchased a batch of the New Flying Soul Guidance Devices and High-Altitude Detection Soul Guidance Devices provided by Chen Ping, its air-defense capabilities had improved by far more than a single level.
