Rota ended the war between Spirit Hall and Tang San’s allies, then entered the Demon Slayer world as Zhang Zhiwei and began helping the Demon Slayer Corps. He made Miyamoto Ichiro his disciple, helped the Corps organize against Muzan, and showed Tsugikuni Yoriichi that he was far stronger than him.

• Tang San and Bibi Dong fell gravely wounded after their clash, and Kizaru stopped the fighting and negotiated a truce that established the Spirit Hall Empire and the Star Luo Empire as the continent’s two powers.
• Rota healed Bibi Dong, destroyed the Rakshasa God’s influence in her spiritual space, and helped her choose Hu Liena as the Spirit Hall Empire’s emperor while Tang San’s companions trained for their final trials.
• Rota returned to Sea God Island, recognized the Shrek Seven Devils, and defeated them in a timed test that earned them his approval.
• Rota established the Order God divine position with Gu Yuena, Huang Luoyu, and Bai Youyou, then entered a spatial tunnel and arrived in the Demon Slayer world as Zhang Zhiwei.
• Rota defeated Yamashita Sakuraisen and helped Miyamoto Ichiro and the Tougen Family form ties with the Demon Slayer Corps before accepting Miyamoto as his disciple.

After Kokushibo betrayed the Demon Slayer Corps, Rota took charge, helped Yoriichi confront Muzan, and brought Tamayo into the Corps’ fight against demons. With the Celestial Master Mansion established, Rota began searching for the Blue Spider Lily, drawing the attention of Upper Rank Two.

• Tsugikuni Iwakatsu betrayed the Corps, became Kokushibo, and killed Ubuyashiki Gakusan, prompting Rota to take temporary command and warn Tsugikuni Yoriichi that his brother was now an enemy.
• Rota defeated the demons who attacked him at the ruined village, spared Kokushibo, and arranged for Miyamoto Ichiro to oversee the site as a future Corps base.
• Rota helped Ubuyashiki Teruyama become a capable leader, returned to Sakuragi Town, and invited Tamayo to join the Celestial Master Mansion after learning she was a demon and a skilled doctor.
• Muzan and Kokushibo lured Yoriichi into an ambush with Tamayo, but Rota arrived, helped defeat Kokushibo, and assisted Yoriichi in driving Muzan to flee.
• Tamayo escaped Muzan’s control, agreed to live at the Celestial Master Mansion, treat patients, and develop medicine for the Corps, while Yoriichi reported the encounter to Ubuyashiki Teruyama.
• Rota recruited youths for the Celestial Master Mansion, trained Taoyuan Long to manage it, and set out to find the Blue Spider Lily.
• In Edo, Rota followed reports of Spider Lilies to a flower field, where a flower bloomed blue at noon as a hidden Upper Rank Two watched and prepared to take it.

Rota freed Kamado Tanjiro from Muzan’s control, then helped Hakuji survive the loss of his father and begin a new life at the Soryu Dojo. After protecting Koiyuki and defeating threats to the dojo, Hakuji married her, while Muzan escaped Rota and continued plotting.

• Rota freed Blood Mist Wind from Muzan’s control, learned that his real name was Kamado Tanjiro, and hired him to work with Tamayo.
• After Hakuji’s father died, Rota saved Hakuji from attackers and guided him to Keizou’s dojo, where Hakuji met Koiyuki.
• Hakuji trained at the Soryu Dojo, fought the Swordsmanship Dojo’s men, and accepted Rota’s Asura Wrath Demon bloodline modification to protect Koiyuki and Keizou.
• Hakuji killed the Swordsmanship Dojo Master, but Muzan slaughtered the dojo’s members before Rota and Keizou could intervene.
• Muzan tried to turn Hakuji into a demon, but Rota stopped Muzan and drove him off after a brief clash.
• Hakuji continued training as Koiyuki recovered, and Keizou agreed to let them marry after three years.
• Rota, Tamayo, Kamado Tanjiro, Miyamoto Ichiro, Rengoku Kyojuro, and Tsugikuni Yoriichi gathered at the Soryu Dojo for Hakuji and Koiyuki’s wedding.

Rota spared Muzan so Tanjiro could confront him centuries later, then returned to guide the Demon Slayer Corps as Tanjiro joined its ranks. The arc ended with Kyojuro fighting Lower Rank Two in Tokyo while the demon recalled his human life as Pei Lang.

• Hakuji married Koiyuki and inherited Soryu Dojo, then joined Yoriichi and Miyamoto Ichiro in confronting Kokushibo, who killed the three friends and escaped after recovering Yoriichi’s flute.
• Muzan and Kokushibo attacked Tamayo’s clinic, where Hakuji fought Muzan and Tanjiro fought Kokushibo until Rota’s lightning struck Kokushibo and freed Hakuji.
• Rota told Hakuji that Muzan had to survive until the Child of Destiny appeared centuries later, and Hakuji agreed to protect the Corps and the mansion’s disciples.
• Centuries later, Tanjiro used the Ghost Shadow Legion to drive Muzan away from his family, while Giyu helped him accept Nezuko as a demon and sent him to train under Sakonji Urokodaki.
• Rota returned to Corps Headquarters, challenged the Hashira to meet his old standards, and effortlessly subdued Sanemi before offering to train willing Corps members.
• Rota and Sanemi visited the Rengoku residence, where Kyojuro resolved to replace his father as Flame Hashira and set out with Mitsuri and Rota to hunt a Lower Rank demon.
• Mitsuri met Wind Sickle, who revealed that he had once been Upper Rank Two but had abandoned Muzan’s orders, and Rota reunited with his old friend.
• Kyojuro fought Lower Rank Two, dodged his gunfire, and charged through the bullets as the demon remembered the name Pei Lang from his human life.
