Background

Lin Feng was raised in a cramped public-rental apartment after both of his parents died during a large-scale Yao Beast attack three years earlier. His blocked meridians left him unable to cultivate properly, causing classmates to dismiss him as a “martial arts trash” despite his aptitude for theory. 1
