History

Primordial Chaos Qi first emerged when Lin Feng faced erasure by the Eye of Heaven's Punishment. A dust-sized speck was forced out of his Chaos Core through extreme pressure and willpower. Though minute, it interrupted Heaven's Punishment long enough for Lin Feng to turn the Chaos vortex into an all-assimilating force, survive, and complete Chaos Nirvana as a Soul Embryo. 126

After Lin Feng awakened, the Qi merged with his Chaos Core and became his new “heart.” It continuously absorbed and organized disorder in the surrounding void, enabling the reconstruction of his body through Chaos Runes and supporting his first act of Chaos Creation: reshaping a spatial fragment into the Chaos Dagger. 127

When the Observer Council attempted to overwhelm Lin Feng with Order rules, the hidden Qi awakened again. It treated the invading rules, Nirvana Dao Patterns, Netherworld death qi, and accumulated law fragments as materials within a Law Furnace, allowing Lin Feng to absorb the Order rules and form a Chaos Law Core. 137

The Qi later resonated strongly with the rift to Outside the Cradle. Lin Feng chose to smelt a trace of the outside aura into himself; the Qi incorporated its properties and subsequently advanced when challenged by an outside existence's gaze and rule-based attack. 141 142
