Linking the two points on the map and giving it some thought, I came up with an idea. I looked at Tang Huo'er, who was still browsing around the shop.

"Huo'er, it's nearly noon. I stayed in Blazing Fire City for a few days before and know a restaurant with excellent food. How about we go have lunch together?"

"Sure!"

Tang Huo'er nodded and was about to pay for the boots at the counter. I hurried over and paid first, then led her out of the shop and followed the bustling crowd toward Ankang Street.

Although they had received word that the killers were in this city, Blazing Fire City was enormous, with a population in the millions. Finding a few killers among them would not be easy. Especially since this was not Ice River Valley territory, but Burning Flame Valley territory. They could not mobilize men or forces here.

The last elder shook his head in disagreement. "In
