Background

Little Fairy Doctor was born with the Calamity Poison Body, a constitution that periodically loses control and releases poisonous mist. As a child, one such outbreak killed the inhabitants of her village, including her mother; even her tears were poisonous. 473

She worked as Green Mountain Town's foremost apothecary at the Ten Thousand Medicines Hall. Nalan Ye recruited her for an expedition into the Monster Mountain Range, where they searched cliffs and caves for the Seven Coloured Poison Scripture. 4

After becoming captivated by the scripture, she agreed to serve as a guest elder of the Nalan Family in exchange for access to it.
