In the secret chamber, the Three-Eyed King studied a map. It showed the route Zi Yun's spaceship had taken.

San Wen had returned. He had not stayed at Ziwei Civilization's foothold; the people of Ziwei Civilization would not allow them to remain there.

"Did you find anything?" the Three-Eyed King asked.

San Wen shook his head. "Not yet. They seemed to be sightseeing and asked whether Origin City had any special places."

"Based on what we know about the area around Origin City, I examined this route several times and found nothing unusual. But I didn't dare send anyone to investigate the details of this route. If we were discovered, it could cause trouble."

The Three-Eyed King nodded.

He knew how domineering God-level Civilizations were. Once displeased, they were never merciful. Having developed to this point, God-level Civilizations were incomparably familiar with the laws of the universe.

But he did not believe Zi Wei Civilization had come merely for sightseeing.

Although Origin City was one of the universe's ports, to an Advanced Civilization, it was merely the port of a backward little nation. People from God-level Civilizations rarely appeared casually, much less sent envoys here specifically.

"Has anything unusual happened along this route recently? Or did anything happen while you were taking them around?" the Three-Eyed King asked.

"No." San Wen thought back and shook his head. "That female envoy merely stood by the window, looking out into space. She was rather aloof—the cold, indifferent kind. I didn't dare ask too much or disturb her."

"Quite a few unusual lifeforms have arrived in Origin City recently, and every one of them is powerful. There must be a connection. They probably came after hearing some rumors," the Three-Eyed King said thoughtfully.
