Red Dust Threads.
A very marvelous thing.
It existed somewhere between existence and nonexistence.
It consisted of only three elements.
Time, space, and destiny.
He had analyzed that the moment he first saw the Red Dust Threads. What he had failed to analyze then was their precise structure.
For instance, was it one part Time Force, three parts Spatial Power, and sixty percent Power of Destiny? Or sixty percent Time Force, one part Spatial Power, and thirty percent Power of Destiny? Or some other ratio?
Or, for instance, should one first add a portion of Time Force as a foundation, use Spatial Power as the foundation, or use a fusion of all three powers as the foundation? And what should the proportions be?
None of that could be determined through observation alone.
He could only test it himself or dismantle it.
Naturally, the two were not the same.
To ordinary people, dismantling it might also count as hands-on experimentation. But to him, hands-on experimentation meant injecting the power within his body into the Red Dust Threads and establishing a connection with them, whereas dismantling required no Mana—only brute force.
What was the more precise distinction between the two?
Obviously, hands-on experimentation—injecting the power within his body into the Red Dust Threads—meant personally bearing the risks. No one knew how the Red Dust Threads were meant to be used. What if their nature was similar to a virus? Doing that would simply be courting death.
As for the idea that he would not harm himself...
He believed that he would not harm himself...
But the Red Dust Threads were, after all, an offensive tool!
The Space-Time Paradox had already appeared. He did not dare gamble on whether he was merely some version of his own space-time projection. Just like the many
