Geography and Scale

• The Myriad Heavens contains more than a thousand continents, including the Ten Great Supercontinents. Sky Luo Continent is one such supercontinent. 992
• In the ancient-era timeline, it contained more than 11,300 continents; this number changes as continents are destroyed or Lesser Thousand Worlds ascend into it. 1206

World Will and Fundamental Laws

The World Will of the Myriad Heavens is the world's governing consciousness, distinct from the physical world itself.

• It can reveal paths beyond the Saint Grade Heavenly Sovereign level through the Sky Ranking List, exerting absolute pressure even on Saint Grade Heavenly Sovereigns. 880
• Native cultivators who conquer other worlds expand the World Will's control over those territories; it then incorporates the conquered planes into the Myriad Heavens' sphere. 1253
• The World Will may grant or withhold access to the Power of Destiny, as this amounts to sharing its authority. 1164
• The relationships among the Three Thousand Great Daos are fixed. Altering fundamental attribute relationships would destabilize the Myriad Heavens on a catastrophic scale. 868

The Other Half

The Myriad Heavens is described as incomplete: it represents the yang side of a larger whole, while an opposing yin side of roughly equal size is occupied by the Extraterrestrial Evil God Race. 795

• The Extraterrestrial Evil God Race is treated as an invading, homeless people rejected by the Myriad Heavens and burdened by its curse. 872
• The two sides have a history of devastating war, including the Ancient Great Battle that killed numerous Heavenly Sovereigns. 1111 1300

History

Ancient Era

The Ancient Nine Emperors dominated much of the Myriad Heavens. Six of the Ten Great Supercontinents were ruled by individual Emperors, whose territories and resources far surpassed those of ordinary Heavenly Sovereigns. 1122

The Ancient Great Battle against the Extraterrestrial Evil God Race devastated both sides. Large numbers of Heavenly Sovereigns died, powerful inheritances were lost or fragmented, and the Myriad Heavens' long-term development slowed considerably. 1111 1131 1300

Post-War Stagnation

For several hundred thousand years after the Ancient Great Battle, Heavenly Sovereigns emerged only rarely. The world remained stable but failed to achieve a true revival until ancient ruins began appearing in large numbers. 1300

Altered History

Lu Yuan's time-travel intervention changes the expected fate of the Myriad Heavens and the Extraterrestrial Evil God Race. Rather than following the original history of mutual annihilation, both sides ultimately reach a peace that preserves populations and prevents the corruption of hundreds of continents. 1257 1289

• Lesser Thousand Worlds — Lower worlds connected to the Myriad Heavens; ascension into the Myriad Heavens is a central goal for many of their cultivators. 768 795
