• Lu Yuan met Zi Yan at the competition and learned that her father, Zhu Kun, was trapped behind the ancient jade, while Xiao Xun'er warned him against helping her.
• Lu Yuan agreed to help Han Yue resolve her Marriage Contract if she followed his arrangements and pledged her life to him.
• Lu Yuan joined Xiao Yan in the Magical Beast Mountain Range, where they confronted the Wolf Head Mercenary Group and recruited the Little Fairy Doctor after uncovering its plans to exploit her.

Lu Yuan reunited with Yun Yun, revealed why he had kept his distance, and continued toward the Central Plains with Qing Lin and the Little Fairy Doctor. At Danta, he drew Xuan Yi’s support through his connection to Yao Chen, while Thunder Venerable offered him a place in the Wind and Thunder Pavilion.

• Yun Yun suspected Lin Xiuya was Lu Yuan, but Lu Yuan left with Xiao Yan, Qing Lin, and the Little Fairy Doctor before returning when the Eye of Fate showed Yun Yun would die without his intervention.
• Lu Yuan saved Yun Yun from the Amethyst Winged Lion King, revealed his identity, and explained that his distance had been meant to protect her and the Yun Lan Sect from powerful enemies.
• Yun Yun kissed Lu Yuan, while Xiao Yan prepared to pursue the Azure Lotus Earth Core Flame and Lu Yuan gave him a Beacon for emergencies.

Lu Yuan joined the Wind and Thunder Pavilion, avenged Hong Chen by destroying the Hong Family, and helped Han Xue secure her family’s future. He then traveled with Feng Qing Er to the Tianshan Blood Pool, where the candidates began their climb toward the trial.

• Thunder Venerable offered Lu Yuan the Three Thousand Thunders Movement and Young Pavilion Master-level treatment, and Lu Yuan agreed to join the Wind and Thunder Pavilion while remaining free to return to Xuan Yi.
• Lu Yuan confronted Hong Chen in the pavilion marketplace, and Feng Qing Er stood with him before the Enforcement Team executed Hong Chen for violating the rules.
• Lu Yuan traveled to Tianbei City, killed the Hong Family leader and elders, and defeated the Hong Family Old Ancestor before carrying his corpse to the Han Family.
• Han Xue promised to make the Han Family Lu Yuan’s vassal in exchange for his help, and Lu Yuan ordered the family to obey her as its new head.

Lu Yuan led the Wind and Thunder Pavilion and Starfall Pavilion disciples through the Heavenly Eye Mountain Range trials, won a place in the Tianshan Blood Pool, and broke through to Dou Zong. He then acquired the Heavenly Poison Scorpion Dragon Beast magic core and Bodhi Transformation Saliva before returning to Canaan Academy and reuniting with Han Yue and Zi Yan.

• Lu Yuan used his Darkness Domain to defeat the Earth Demon Scorpion, then stopped the clashes between the Wind and Thunder Pavilion, Starfall Pavilion, and Yellow Springs Pavilion disciples and divided the spoils.
• Lu Yuan led the combined group to the summit first, then defeated successive Dou Huang opponents to qualify for the Tianshan Blood Pool.
• Lu Yuan drew vast Life Essence and Heaven and Earth Yuan Qi into his blood pool, broke through to Dou Zong, and shared his insights into Spatial Power with the cultivators who had guarded him.
