According to it, the Empire forces' attack had truly struck gold: this heavily defended universe, with its extraordinarily sturdy Sovereignty Nexus, was one of several major Fortress Worlds in the enemy's border region.
It was like the Fortress World where I had briefly stopped at the New Empire's border when I first went to the Twins Star System—a key military deployment zone.
