The sudden explosive news left me momentarily unsure how to react. It hit me even harder than when Pandora had told me that broken metal plate was a "Null Beacon," to the point that I couldn't help wondering whether the author even knew what they were writing... Bah! Slip of the tongue...
I looked around and found that although there was no light source in this underground space, it was as bright as day. We could clearly see everything in the hall.
The entire hall was roughly the size of a football field, built entirely from enormous stone blocks. Strange patterns and images had been carved into the square floor tiles, while the walls beside us bore reliefs of unclear meaning, seemingly depicting some kind of sacrificial ceremony. Thick square stone pillars stood every twenty meters or so throughout the hall to support the ceiling, and these pillars were likewise covered in markings resembling hieroglyphs.
Apart from the entrance we had come through, there was an exit of similar size in the wall on each side of the hall. Including ours, four passages connected to this hall.

"Pandora, are you sure this is the Shilin Warrior's Tomb? There isn't a single piece of advanced equipment here."
"This place is indeed filled with the atmosphere of an ancient Carbon-Based Lifeform civilization, but this architectural layout is identical to a Shilin Warrior resting place. Though the reliefs and writing throughout this place have been arbitrarily altered by Carbon-Based Lifeforms according to their own understanding, traces of the original Shilin Language can still be seen... More importantly, there is still an active Shilin device
