The units flying out of the pyramid-shaped structure were so bizarre that I could only describe them with the rather impolite term "objects."
Judging by their appearance, they should also have been a type of Shilin Apostle. However, compared to ordinary Apostles, whose appearances were not much different from normal humans, their forms were far stranger. Their main bodies were in the center, roughly humanoid in shape but lacking any facial details. Their entire bodies looked like mercury, making it naturally impossible to distinguish their genders. Several oval metal rings floated around their waists. The rings were covered in intricate protrusions and flowing energy, angled toward one another and slowly swaying in a periodic rhythm.
The newly appeared Shilin military units rapidly dispersed as soon as they left the pyramid. Laser beams identical to those emitted by the Shilin Mainframe shot from the metal rings around them, sketching out Shilin Military Architecture at astonishing speed as though they were drawing.
In less than an hour, several metal structures that had already taken shape appeared around us.
As time passed, more and more "Architects" flew out of the pyramid. Before long, the entire valley was filled with massive building projections outlined by magical beams and half-materialized Shilin Architecture. The deep hum of flowing energy and the hiss of beams slicing through the air echoed throughout the valley.
At that moment, a hexagonal-prism-shaped building behind us, which had only recently been completed, activated. The entrances and exits on its exterior lit up with distinctive lights, and a faint rumble came from within. Just as we were still guessing what the building was for, its front gate suddenly opened, and a squad of fully armed Shilin Soldiers marched out in formation with heavy footsteps...
