The man was dashing, the woman beautiful.
The man wore a white sword robe, his dark green hair fluttering. An ancient, dark green-black longsword hung on his back, its tassel streaming and swaying in the wind.
The woman wore a blue-violet Sword Armor Skirt. Its fitted armor accentuated her figure, while a Purple-Gold Long Sword rested on her back. Her sword skirt and light purple hair danced together in the breeze, lending her an immortal, ethereal air.
"Gleaming Gold Swift Sword Yue Muhong!"
"Purple Spirit Sword Lian Qingyi!"
Upon seeing the pair, the three men began speaking in low voices. Clearly, they all knew them.
Sure enough, the arrivals were Lian Qingyi and Yue Muhong. They had actually run into each other as well.
Yue Muhong and Lian Qingyi naturally noticed the three of them. After exchanging a glance, their gazes shifted to Fang Mo, seated atop the tallest stone pillar, and their eyes flickered.
"He really got here already!"
"Should we go say hello?"
Yue Muhong looked at Lian Qingyi. He and Fang Mo had shared some measure of goodwill before, so they could be considered acquaintances.
"Forget it. He should know we're here!"
Lian Qingyi looked at the figure atop the stone pillar, her heart filled with indescribable emotions—regret, remorse, and a trace of loss.
Their previous interactions had not been pleasant. When they first met, she had used Fang Mo to shake off Ao Fang, only to bring further trouble upon him. That was why Fang Mo seemed so cold toward her. Looking back now, she knew she had been in the wrong.
