"The lion needs to be gold, Hermione!"
After Seamus finished speaking, Dylan could not help looking toward the other side of the banner.
It turned out there was another lion painted on that side, though it looked nothing like a lion.
"I drew this!" an excited voice called out.
Dylan glanced over and saw that it was Seamus's friend, Dean.
Neville scratched his head. "I happened to have a bedsheet I didn't want anymore."
"You provided the bedsheet?" Dylan turned back to the chubby boy.
After Neville nodded, Dylan scratched his head with his wand.
"In that case, shouldn't I do something too?"
Neville blinked, but before he could say anything,
Dylan's wand had already begun to move.
"Vera Verto!"
Pink star-like particles of light flashed into being, appearing even more brilliant and dreamlike beneath the sunlight.
Magic gradually seeped into the bedsheet.
Suddenly, the entire sheet trembled violently.
In the next moment, the words on it were awakened by magic. They actually gained physical form, then stood up and transformed into tiny, adorable cartoon figures. They bounced up and down across the sheet while constantly changing colors.
"Potter's the best!"
"Potter's the best!"
The cartoon figures wore brightly colored clothes, their faces filled with lively expressions as they opened their mouths and shouted in unison.
At the same time, the ugly lion design on the bedsheet began to ripple as well, its outline gradually becoming fuller and more lifelike.
Finally, it suddenly leaped up from the bedsheet and transformed into a majestic cartoon lion.
It had a sturdy build, golden light radiating from its body, and a mane streaming wildly like flames.
The cartoon lion began running around the cheering word-figures, lifting its head and letting out a deafening roar.
Ron, Neville, and the others who witnessed this scene all widened their eyes and dropped their jaws.
"Merlin's Beard, that's so cool!!"
Hermione, meanwhile, was somewhat astonished by Dylan's level of control over the Transfiguration Spell.
This spell had turned words into physical objects and even transformed them into living creatures. Even Hermione was left staring blankly at it.
It was not only them. Many of the Young Wizards nearby also cast astonished looks over.
At that moment, Madam Hooch, acting as the referee, had already arrived at the very center of the pitch.
The players from both participating teams had also entered the field.
"I hope this match will be fair. That means you must be honest and not try to pull anything during the match!"
"Wheeep—!"
The whistle's sharp cry echoed throughout the entire Quidditch Pitch.
More than a dozen Flying Broomsticks swiftly left the ground.
It had to be said that although Dylan was not particularly interested in this kind of match,
after coming to the scene and feeling the passionate atmosphere filling the entire crowd,
he could not help becoming somewhat caught up in emotions he had not felt excitedly in a long time.
Suddenly, a deep voice came from beside Dylan's ear.
"Excuse me, could you let me through?"
Dylan turned his head and saw a huge figure. Only after tilting his head back did he realize that Hagrid had arrived.
Dylan's seat was already fairly spacious, and after Hagrid came over, the Young Wizards around them all made room.
One enormous bottom occupied a full four seats.
A smile spread across Hagrid's face. His eyes remained fixed on the pitch, but his head turned toward Dylan.
"That's some impressive magic. Looks like you've got quite a talent for learning spells."
Dylan smiled politely. "Just a little trick. Though I suppose I really am quite talented."
Hagrid: (υυ)...
He smacked his lips, stroked his enormous beard, and forced a smile before turning to Ron to change the subject.
"The Golden Snitch hasn't appeared yet, has it? The match had already started by the time I arrived."
"Not yet."
Ron was also very interested in Quidditch. He kept his eyes on the match, then shook his head at Hagrid.
Dylan also shifted his attention to the match.
Since he had never studied the rules of Quidditch in detail, he combined what he already knew and roughly understood that the Golden Snitch was crucial to winning the match.
Now that the Golden Snitch had not appeared, the players from both sides could only fight over the Quaffle.
However, as he watched the players on both sides compete for the Quaffle while deliberately throwing it at one another, the corners of his mouth twitched slightly.
It seemed that no matter what kind of sporting competition it was, personal attacks were always indispensable.
Just then, waves of exclamations rose from the stands.
Dylan immediately noticed a golden streak shoot through the air.
Harry and Slytherin's Seeker flew after it at the same time.
Just as Harry was about to catch the Golden Snitch, a Slytherin player suddenly shot out from beside him.
He slammed directly into Harry and sent him flying a long distance. Harry nearly lost his grip and fell from his broomstick.
Dylan's eyes widened.
"Hey, they're really despicable!" Ron shouted at once.
"They fouled. Even Professor McGonagall's expression has changed." Hagrid looked toward the opposite stands.
At that moment, Madam Hooch also flew into the air and gave the Slytherin player a severe scolding.
As a result, Gryffindor could take another penalty shot against them.
But clearly, the opportunity to end the match immediately by catching the Golden Snitch had completely vanished as well.
"For a foul like that, they should be shown a red card and sent straight off!" Dean glared with his eyes wide open.
"This isn't football. Where would a red card come from?" Seamus shook his head.
The Gryffindor wizards were all furious, and Hermione was no exception.
Dylan, meanwhile, looked around the pitch.
He vaguely remembered that someone had attacked Harry during a Quidditch Match.
"Was it Quirrell?"
As he pondered this, Dylan suddenly sensed a faint magical force being shot out while doing its utmost to remain hidden.
Ever since Dylan had beautified the visual effects of his wand attacks, he had discovered that he could sense the auras produced by various spells with increasing subtlety.
"Jinx?"
Dylan immediately recognized the nature of the spell.
It was a malicious low-level spell. Although it was unlike certain lethal Dark Magic spells that caused severe and irreversible injuries,
it could still cause the person affected to suffer minor mishaps or misfortunes from time to time.
Clearly, if Harry, who was flying at high speed through the sky, was struck by the spell, he might fall straight down, crash into a wall or railing, and end up in pieces.
"Quirrell dared to make a move. He must be testing whether Old Dumbledore is still at the school, right?"
The Jinx soon took effect on Harry.
Harry, who had been flying steadily, suddenly slumped over and began trembling and rolling through the air.
His Flying Broomstick seemed to have developed some kind of problem. It carried Harry crashing wildly in every direction before flying straight up into the sky.
