Entering the courtyard, Xiang Yang saw Chai Jun's group through the open doorway. He was the first to smile and speak.
"Hahaha, no, not at all. Xiang Yang, you arrived at exactly the right time. You have not delayed us in the slightest. Come in quickly and meet the two colleagues who have come from First Line of Heaven."
Chai Jun had previously guessed that the terrifyingly powerful expert was Xiang Yang, but he had not been entirely certain. Now that it was confirmed, he immediately relaxed. He no longer needed to worry about Qu Ping's deliberate suppression, and a few more smiles returned to his face.
He did not mention Qu Ping's earlier actions either. It was no good thing, and even if Xiang Yang learned of it, it would only give him a headache. Surely he could not simply disregard everything and beat Qu Ping up because his martial arts were superior?
Then again, the Xiang Yang Chai Jun knew was not particularly skilled at interpersonal relations, nor was he willing to spend his energy on them. He was a very pure and straightforward man. What he liked and hated was written plainly across his face.
