Norman Osborn had been in an excellent mood lately. His child had returned safely, and even brought back a son from another Parallel Universe. The once-cold house had become livelier by several degrees.
After receiving the news from S.H.I.E.L.D., Norman had remained in an excited state. But after confirming it and taking some time to calm himself, when he saw Harry Osborn standing before him, he still barely maintained his usual dignity and silence. Only when he saw the younger version of Harry did Norman's expression change slightly.
Harry Osborn did not mind his father's cold demeanor. He had already learned from his immediate superior, Loki, as well as from S.H.I.E.L.D., which had brought him home and conveniently registered Reed and the others, about everything his father had done for him during this time.
The man did not fail to value him, nor did he not love him. He simply habitually expressed it through sternness and scolding. So even facing Norman's cold expression, Harry still felt delighted.
Harry introduced Little Harry and Reed's group to his father, subtly mentioning Reed's talent for invention. He believed his father could hear what he was trying to say. After all, his only impression of his father in the past had been that he was a true pursuer of profit. He could connect anything to benefits. Harry believed this time would be no exception.
Wasn't the difference between Osborn Industries and Stark Industries simply a chief inventor?
Norman became much warmer toward Reed and the others, offering many words of thanks. Once a man like him put aside his pride to recruit someone, it was at least difficult to find him unpleasant.
Reed's emotional intelligence was nowhere near as high as his IQ. He found interpersonal niceties rather tiresome, a common flaw among people
