"What was that?"
Thanos wasn't the only one who noticed Tony taking out a Gem. The Avengers around them noticed it too. The Reality Gem was rather conspicuous, and Tony had even pressed it onto his chest. Anyone with functioning eyes could see it.
They just couldn't be sure it was what they thought it was.
"That's right. It's exactly what you think."
The Avengers had already retreated some distance. Yinsen returned as well, holding six Infinity Gems in his palm. The Avengers looked down at the Gems in Yinsen's hand and confirmed that not a single one was missing.
"Why does Tony have the Reality Gem?"
Steve got straight to the point, asking the question everyone wanted answered.
"In that world, Thor holds the Power Gem, Strange possesses the Time Stone, and Tony keeps the Reality Gem."
"What about the Tesseract and the Mind Scepter?"
"The Space Gem has been in my possession for a long time, while the Mind Stone is with Loki."
"Loki? The Loki we know?"
Not every Avenger had spoken with Yinsen about Asgard in the Parallel Universe. Given some of the things Loki had done, quite a few of them didn't look kindly on him.
"The same Loki. In my world, he has always helped Thor govern Asgard."
"It really is a completely different world."
While they exchanged a few words, Tony had already put on his armor. Everyone noticed that this suit was distinctly different from the armor in their world. The Iron Armor of this universe was a purely technological product, brimming with a strong sense of advanced science.
But what was going on with this Tony's armor from the Parallel Universe? It looked just as advanced, yet why was it covered in so many intricate patterns that looked utterly unscientific?
