The frail Elemental Lords of Draenor had nearly been driven into a desperate corner.

The foul knowledge bestowed by the Greater Demon lords of the Burning Legion was clearly far more powerful than they were, while the Curse Cipher Runes Gul'dan had secretly spent years crafting were artifacts designed specifically to affect elemental power.

This was a calculated ambush against an unprepared enemy. Given the elements' arrogance and their hasty response, their defeat was hardly unjustified.

As the old saying went, only hardship taught one respect. The same held true for the generally dim-witted elements.

Compared to the invincible attitude of "whoever comes near me gets smashed" that the elementals had displayed when the Vindicators first entered the battlefield, the Elemental Lords who had narrowly escaped disaster were clearly much more "rational" now.

Under Ner'zhul's repeated calls, they had realized that these blue-skinned Draenei were friends and allies.

Given the dire situation, the Elemental Lords sensibly ordered their servants to aid the Draenei in breaking the Orc warlocks.

In an instant, the numerical balance on the battlefield flipped.

Though most of Gul'dan's warlocks and savage soldiers had drunk demon blood, their painstakingly maintained line was almost instantly torn open in several places under the assault of the fierce elite Vindicators, Rangers, and elemental forces.

The scene in this collapsing battlefield became even more chaotic.

The craftiest Blood Ring hunters had already begun calling for their two-headed wyverns, or simply mounted Dire Wolves to break out amid the chaos. As skilled hunters of the Nataan Jungle, these Orcs had fought perilous jungles from the day they were born. They often lacked a sense of honor in battle, but their survival instinct was terrifyingly strong.
