It was confirmed. The guy living in this room was actually a lecher—or perhaps he could be called an Evil Spirit of Lust.
Especially after opening that Notebook and discovering the diary entries recorded inside, Bai Zhi became even more certain of it.
...What decent person even kept a diary?
Who wrote their true thoughts in a diary? Once they were written down, could they still be called true thoughts?
Disgusting.
Curling his lips, Bai Zhi picked up the Notebook and walked over to sit at the desk.
The identity he was playing was that of a person from this world, so he naturally recognized all the writing in the Notebook.
The first half of the Notebook was filled with things like rough drafts, doodles, and notes. Its owner seemed to be a High School Student preparing for the College Entrance Exam... Bai Zhi had flipped to the section bearing the words "Keep fighting for the College Entrance Exam."
As for the diary entries, rather than diaries, they were more like reflections on his moods or casual musings. Most of them were poisonous motivational drivel written to encourage himself.

"Giving up" takes fifteen strokes. "Persevering" takes sixteen.
See? Persevering really only has a little more than giving up.
Yet that one-stroke difference is like an uncrossable chasm.
So why not keep persevering?
"Simple. Because 'dying from overwork' takes seventeen strokes."
After casually making that jab, Bai Zhi ignored these meaningless, chicken-soup-like musings outright. So long as they did not interest him, he would skim them and swiftly turn the page.
