Christmas night, the Silver-haired Girl quietly came to stand by the window.
Sean glanced at his watch on instinct. It was exactly 23:59.
Stephanie stood against the night sky, hazy moonlight spilling over her shoulders, like an elf who had just stepped down from the moon.
Seeing Sean spacing out, she wrinkled her cute little nose and lightly tapped on the window again.
Only then did Sean come back to himself. He immediately stepped forward and opened the window, unable to hide the surprise and delight in his voice. "Why are you here... Come in, it's cold outside."
He took Stephanie's hand, and she lightly hopped down from the windowsill before curiously looking around the bedroom.
In fact, none of the girls close to Sean had ever entered his bedroom. Naturally, Stephanie, the first to do so, was curious.
"It's a little different from what I imagined—" Stephanie quickly finished looking around, then focused all her attention on the person she loved before her.
She pressed her lips together, her eyes adorned with starlight seemingly plucked from the night sky. Her lashes, trembling with nervousness and joy, seemed to be telling him how she felt.
"Am I not welcome?" she asked sweetly.
"How could that be—" The gentle smile that rose to Sean's face whenever he faced a girl had practically become instinct.
Of course, unlike when he faced other girls, the smiles Sean wore before a select few were genuinely heartfelt.
It was just that... he really couldn't smile much right now. He was holding it together entirely through acting...
Just twenty minutes ago, Daisy had already tugged lightly at Sean's heartstrings—given that girl's personality, she was definitely in the bathroom getting herself nice and fragrant...
