The pale miniature pyramid swayed as it floated in midair, the red light within it flashing steadily and slowly.

The air rippled slightly, and Sean instantly appeared before the miniature pyramid—out of caution, he had already raised thick Shield Charms, Trap Removal, and other Defensive Magic in front of himself.

Based on what he had learned from his earlier attempts, a glint of coldness flashed through Sean's eyes. With a sweep of his wand, waves surged out of the Black Lake.

Under Sean's control, the powerful waves crashed straight toward the miniature pyramid.

The magic power surrounding the miniature pyramid had been constantly recovering, and as Sean launched his attack, it actually made the same move again.

However, this place had already become a magicless environment. How could the tiny amount of magic power it had recovered possibly hurt Sean? The enormous wave became little splashes, not even wetting his robes.

Then Sean saw, somewhat excitedly, that the miniature pyramid began to shake violently. The pale surface seemed to have been stripped away somewhat by the wave.

More importantly, Sean felt no sense of danger, nor did he feel that shared-damage sensation.

He grinned and stopped hesitating.
